About
A different way through a familiar city.
City Rituals started with a simple frustration: wanting to go out and enjoy the city, and spending most of the free time deciding where.
So we design walks instead of lists. Each ritual has a beginning, a progression and a satisfying ending — real streets, independent places, parks, architecture and the everyday texture that makes a neighbourhood itself.
How routes are made
Routes are built by walking London street by street — looking at how independent places, public spaces and the streets between them fit together. We think about the order of things: where a walk should begin, where it needs a pause, and where it should land. The aim is not the most places, but a day that flows.
What we're not
Not a tourist checklist. Not a top-ten guide. Not a pile of disconnected pins, and not a history lecture on foot. Just a really good walk, made for right now — for locals and curious visitors alike.
